Hull City winger Thomas Ince is enjoying working for Derby County boss Steve McClaren.
He has fired in six goals in eight games, which have kept Derby in the thick of the Championship promotion race.
Ince told the Derby County website it's McClaren that has helped him rediscover the form which has made him one of England's top young prospects.
"Even in the short time I have been here it has been fantastic and I don't think there is anything he doesn't give you as a player," said Ince.
"He gives you freedom and that's what I think you need, especially wide and attacking players.
"On a personal level, to allow me that freedom, that chance to play regularly and to earn the right to play is significant.
"The biggest thing for me is freedom and it is allowing me to play at my best."
