Hull City and West Bromwich Albion are watching Udinese winger Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.
The Hull Daily Mail says Ghanaian sources suggest the Tigers face competition from West Brom for the 23-year-old's signature should they decide to pursue their interest.
One stumbling block however may be the African Cup of Nations, with Badu certain to be called up for the Black Stars should they make the finals.
