Hull to make move for Man Utd striker Wilson

Hull City are keeping a close eye on Manchester United whiz kid James Wilson and hope to seal his services on loan next season.

Hull boss Steve Bruce wants to boost his sides attacking line after their relegation last season and hopes Wilson will help fire the Tigers back to the Premiership.

Wilson looks set for a bit-part role at Old Trafford and Bruce is hoping United boss Louis van Gaal will sanction a move to the KC Stadium according to the Hull Daily Mail.

Bruce is also hoping that his close ties to United, and particularly to van Gaal's assistant Ryan Giggs, will help influence the Dutchman.

Hull are set for an exodus of players after their relegation with strikers Dame N'Doye, Abel Hernandez and Nikica Jelavic all to be sold in an effort to balance the books.

Wilson made 17 appearances last season for the Red Devils, netting twice and could join Bruce's other target Andre Gray in forming a new look Tigers attack.
