Hull City have struck a deal with Tottenham over Aaron Lennon.

The former England winger is expected to join the Tigers on loan for the rest of the season with a view to a permanent deal if Hull stay up.

Tigers boss Steve Bruce hinted earlier yesterday: "We're working on a loan deal with a Premier League club but I wouldn't think it was going to get done before tomorrow."

Lennon was also interesting Stoke City.
