Hull City are continuing to plan a swoop for Newcastle United striker Yoann Gouffran.

Having sold Dame N'Doye to Turkish cub Trabzonspor and with Nikica Jelavic set to leave for West Ham United, the Tigers are currently in the market to sign a new striker before the end of the transfer window.

Now according to reports from the Sunday Mirror, Hull City are eyeing a move for Magpies forward Gouffran and it is believed that the Tigers will have to shell out around £4.2million to sign the Frenchman.
