Hull City are preparing a new offer for Dundee United fullback Andrew Robertson.

The Glasgow Evening Times says Hull are about to table an increased offer for the Scotland international.

Tigers boss Steve Bruce had wanted a deal done in time for Robertson, 20, to link-up with his squad this week, but the fact United want close to £3m is proving a major sticking point.
