Hull City have made a bumper swap offer for Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes.
The Hull Daily Mail says Hull are believed to have offered Blackburn the choice of three players as they bid to land Rhodes in a complicated cash-plus-player deal.
According to sources in Lancashire, Bruce has now handed Rovers counterpart Gary Bowyer a trio of names who he would be willing to offload as makeweights in a bid to meet that valuation.
Bowyer is desperate for cover in midfield and defence and is now believed to be mulling over the list, with Alex Bruce thought to be one of the names in the frame.
