Hull goal costs Livermore £12,000 - and he's beaming about it!

Hull City midfielder Jake Livermore is happy to cough up after his goal celebration against West Bromwich Albion went off the rails.

The 24-year-old, on a season-long loan from Premier League rivals Tottenham, lashed out and booted a £6,000 camera positioned behind Ben Foster's goal.

Photographer Richard Heathcote later posted a picture of the damaged camera on his Twitter account and tweeted: 'Dear @29_JL (Livermore) where do you want me to send the repair bill?'

Sorry Livermore quickly contacted Heathcote on Twitter and offered to pay for the damage with the hashtag #celebrationneedswork.

And he also pledged to donate the same amount to team-mate Tom Huddlestone's hair-raising charity initiative - the midfielder has vowed not to cut his hair until he scores his next goal, with the proceeds donated to Cancer Research.

Watford fan Heathcote added: 'Thanks, jump next time... looks much better in photos.'
