Hull City defender Alex Bruce says Robert Snodgrass and Tom Ince have quickly settled.
Dad Steve brought on the pair as second-half substitutes in the 0-0 Europa League draw with AS Trencin, and Bruce junior felt their performances lifted the Tigers.
Speaking to TalkSport, he said: "They've all settled in well. My dad wanted to break them in gently. They made a bit of a difference (when they came on). They took us up the pitch and created a few openings.
"Everyone's seen they're two very good players. Snodgrass has done very well at Norwich. Young Incey has a bright future ahead of him and you can see why with the ability he's got."
