Former Chelsea star Tony Cascarino has implored Tom Ince to make his own decisions.
After breaking onto the scene for Blackpool a few seasons ago, Ince has not quite fulfilled his potential and has become bit of a footballing nomad in recent times.
Swayed by the influence of his father, Paul, Ince has made a couple of questionable decisions in his career so far - such as rejecting the likes of Monaco and Inter Milan for Hull City and recently withdrawing from the England Under-21 squad ahead of their European Championships this summer.
With Derby County loanee Ince's career seemingly stalling at the moment, former Chelsea player Tony Cascarino has now urged the 23-year old to grow up and not allow his father to dictate his choices.
Cascarino said: "The Derby County winger needs to grow up and make his own decisions. His dad has too much influence.
"He was offered a great deal by Monaco but Paul Ince told the club he was as good as James Rodríguez and wanted a similar deal. It's unrealistic."
