Hull City are closing in on Evian striker Yannick Sagbo.
The Daily Star Sunday says Tigers boss Steve Bruce is set to seal the £1.6million signing of Sagbo in the next 48 hours.
Celtic chief Neil Lennon has identified Sagbo, 25, as the marksman to replace wantaway Gary Hooper, who is heading to either QPR or Norwich.
But Bruce is in pole position to snare Sagbo (right) because the Marseille-born star, who has scored 22 goals in 90 games since joining Evian from Monaco three years ago, has set his sights on the Premier League.
