Hull City boss Steve Bruce admits they're keen on Toronto FC striker Jermain Defoe.

Defoe is expected to return to the Premier League this month.

"He might be too expensive," said Bruce.

"If there is a chance we would be interested in him, but I don't want to get the hopes up of all the Hull supporters. There is a long way to go."
