Hull City are moving for Espanyol fullback Steve Finnan.
Hull boss Phil Brown is in talks with Finnan about a return to the Premier League in a cut-price £1million deal from Espanyol, says the Daily Mail.
The defender was wanted by Spurs but only on loan.
