Mexican legend Hugo Sanchez is delighted seeing Javier Hernandez off the mark for Real Madrid.
The on-loan Manchester United striker struck twice in the 8-2 rout at Deportivo La Coruna on Saturday.
Sanchez told AS: "He's a phenomenon. He's very fast, intuitive, with quick movements and a great finisher with left, right and his head.
"He's a goal-scorer who gets ahead of his rival and reads the play well. The only thing he needs to do is to convince Ancelotti, with games like the one in Riazor. With goals comes confidence.
"When he gets more time and more opportunities, hopefully his numbers will be what's required at Madrid. This team creates a lot of goal scoring chances and that's going to help Chicharito."
