QPR boss Mark Hughes is convinced of the potential of his squad.
Hughes is confident he can turn QPR into a top-10 side despite being one point above the drop zone.
The Rangers boss said: "I came into the job with my eyes open. I understood the key part was to stay in the Premier League.
"That is the problem we have, we need to stay in the Prem.
"I'm encouraged with what the players are producing, we've got good players in the building now, who will enable us to win games.
"Once we get through this to survive - and we will do - then we'll have some real fun here and enjoy our time.""That was the difficult part of the job. That has not changed in respect of what I've seen or what we've brought into the club.
