Tom Huddlestone admits his Tottenham career is on the rise thanks to manager Harry Redknapp.
"I have been playing more games," he said. "If you play more games you are more confident. The manager is telling you, even if you are not having the best of games, to go out there and to express yourself.
"I started the first 10 games in a row for Harry while under Ramos I started one of the first 13. So that is a big difference.
"You know that even if you are not having the best of games, the manager will keep you in there for a period and then you can express yourself. Maybe under the previous manager you were going out there thinking you had to be one of the best players on the pitch and if not, you wouldn't be playing next week.
"The new manager has kept a fairly settled side and that breeds confidence. It is a big benefit that we have an English manager who knows the English game inside out and you can see he is getting the best out of the players."
