Championship club Leeds United have named Huddersfield coach Steve Thompson as their new assistant head coach. Thompson played alongside Leeds head coach Neil Redfearn when the pair were at Bolton Wanderers.

"I'd like to thank Steve for the hard work he has put in during our time together at Huddersfield," Town boss Chris Powell told the club website.
