David Horst has joined Houston Dynamo from Portland Timbers by virtue of a trade.
The Texan club have obtained the MLS rights to the 28-year old defender in exchange for a natural 4th round pick in the2014 MLS SuperDraft.
Horst arrived at Portland from Real Salt Lake via the Expansion Draft at the end of 2010 and went on to make 40 appearances for the Timbers
