Holloway talks up talent of Blackpool winger Ince

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway believes highly-rated winger Tom Ince has the ability to emerge from his father's shadow. Ince, the 20-year-old son of former England international Paul, has scored four goals in his last three appearances for the Seasiders.

"I think he's blossoming," he said. "He's only 19, he's enjoying his football, he's full of running, skill and tricks.

"If he can continue to put a finishing product on the end of it then he's going to sought after, highly sought after.

"What I admire most about him is people don't talk about him, they talk about his Dad and that's going to be very difficult for the boy because his Dad was undoubtedly a great player. But I think he's going to be a great player in his own right.

"I just think if his Dad never played everyone would be saying `this Ince is a great player' and not `oh, he's Paul's son'. He's going to have to live with that and I'm sure Paul's sick of it because he must be in that stand very proud of him."
