Holland captain Gini Wijnaldum insists they can be happy with victory over Ukraine.
The Oranje kicked off their Euros campaign with a 3-2 win against Ukraine.
Departing Liverpool midfielder Wijnaldum, who joins PSG at the end of the month, later said: “We actually played well the whole game, but in ten minutes they had two chances and scored twice. Then they regained confidence. We have to learn to kill such a match by being 2-0 up. This is a point on which we must improve.
"We kept our faith, but it could have been so different. If the final score had been 2-2, everyone would have been disappointed and angry.
“I try to help and coach everyone, but I can't coach everyone. I'm also working on my own game. I always say there must be eleven captains on the pitch."
