Hoffenheim chief football director Alexander Rosen admits Georginio Rutter faces a big decision this week.

Rutter is a target for Leeds United.

Rosen said, "Georgi faces a big choice that preoccupies him intensely. He is a very young man, so it is understandable that he is concerned about the current situation.

"From our side, it is about handling a young person responsibly, and therefore we have decided that he should not train fully with the team at the moment.

"It is clear that there has been enormous interest in such a talented player, but it has not only been since yesterday. There is currently more than one club trying hard to get the player."
