Bayern Munich chief Uli Hoeness has dismissed talk of Thomas Muller moving to Spain.

The midfielder is being linked with Real Madrid and Barcelona.

"We are in full winter mode and what always happens is that newspapers have very little news to talk about," barked Hoeness.

"The only reality of this situation is that Bayern Munich is a great club and buys players, not sells them. I think this is enough to close the matter."
