West Bromwich Albion boss Roy Hodgson is desperate to keep his squad together.
Albion's James Morrison, Peter Odemwingie, Chris Brunt and Jerome Thomas have all impressed this season to raise fears they could be poached by the big spenders.
Hodgson said: "I hope we can keep everybody. They'll decide whether West Brom can become an even better club or whether we sink down to the 'boing, boing' again.
"I was hoping we could take one of those boings out of it - and become the 'boing' club. It's time to forget the second boing, the players will decide that."
