Former Tottenham and England manager Glenn Hoddle is worried for the future of QPR after they suffered relegation from Premier League for the second time in the last three years.
Hoddle, who left QPR as first team coach after manager Harry Redknapp's departure in January, believes financial troubles at Loftus Road could result in an another relegation for the club next season.
The R's could be facing sanctions after writing off loans of £60million recently which are being investigated under Financial Fair Play rules.
Hoddle said on Sky Sports' 'Super Sunday': "There needs to be a revamp from the top of the club right the way through. They need to get hold of the reins pretty quickly.
"What I do not want to see for QPR is something where they find themselves in a financial problem, and they slip down again.
"And they've really got to work hard from top to bottom, work together and get a structure right. I think [director of football] Les Ferdinand has a big say in that.
"The most important people are going to be their solicitors and lawyers over the next 12 months."
