Hibernian will sell directly to Celtic supporters rather than be charged by the Old Firm for ticket distribution. Both Glasgow clubs introduced a five per cent levy at the start of this season for distributing tickets for away games.
Rangers and Celtic claim the charge helps offset the cost of administering to their large numbers of travelling supporters.
This has not gone down well with their SPL rivals, though some clubs have already reluctantly consented.
The Scottish Premier League has already said it will not intervene in the issue, claiming it is a matter for the clubs.
