Hibernian boss Pat Fenlon believes the clubs loan stars can help bring top quality players to Easter Road.
Wolves striker Leigh Griffiths, who has scored 12 goals so far for the league leaders, was capped by Scotland on Wednesday whilst Manchester City defender Ryan McGivern has worked his way into the Northern Ireland team.
Although Fenlon is wary that their good form may deny Hibs signing them permanently, he does feel that their presence may help attract some stars.
"After that, other clubs will be looking at Leigh which is a minus," Fenlon said.
"But the plus side for us is that we want to attract players to this club.
"And Leigh getting capped and Ryan McGivern coming from Manchester City, a massive club, and still getting national recognition in the SPL with Northern Ireland is a great thing.
"It's a great carrot for players to come to the club.
"They will see Hibs is a good club and that playing up here won't harm their chances of playing at international level either."
