Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon is believed to be showing considerable interest in former Torquay United striker Rene Howe.

The 26-year old is out of contract at Plainmoor and could be lured across the border to the Scottish Premier League according to the Daily Record.

Former Bedford Town and Kettering Town star Howe has scored close to 30 goals for the Gulls in near-on 80 appearances in League Two.
