Hertha Berlin director Fredi Bobic is not sure whether Matheus Cunha has a future at the club.
The newly appointed sporting director was asked about the 22-year-old, who completed his first full season at the Olympiastadion club.
Cunha helped to keep Hertha in the Bundesliga, but is now being linked with a move to Leeds United and Liverpool.
Bobic would not guarantee that Cunha will be at the club at the start of next season, as he told a press conference on Tuesday: "I'm glad he's with us and doesn't have a [release] clause.
"Whether he will play the future with us, we'll have to see.
"I can't say right now whether he's happy that he wants to stay here."
