Hernanes believes Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku has issues off the pitch.

The former Juventus and Inter midfielder Hernanes has questioned Lukaku's form in front of goal this season.

He said on Domineca Sportiva: "We know he's capable of scoring certain goals, maybe there's something he doesn't go off the pitch.

"He's not happy, there's something wrong mentally, emotionally."

So far this season, Lukaku has scored three goals in 17 appearances.
