Barcelona ace Thierry Henry has urged England and Arsenal fans not to put too much pressure on youngster Theo Walcott.

He said: "You have to understand Theo is still young, he's only just 20.

"He's shown he has the quality to succeed at the highest level. But he has to be allowed to grow.

"He needs to pass the bar of 100 games. Then Theo will have all the quality to make it.

"Nowadays in the game you need players with speed - and he has that. He can be really successful for Arsenal and England."
