Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana believes Jordan Henderson has all the traits required to be a quality captain.
The 24-year old has deputised brilliantly for Reds legend Steven Gerrard during the veteran's injury absence which has proved to Lallana that he indeed can become the next Anfield skipper without much ado.
"He has definitely got the attributes to be a successful captain," Lallana told talkSPORT's 'Drivetime' program.
"He has proved when Stevie has not been fit or not been playing that he has got the qualities and attributes to lead the team.
"It is quite natural [for him] really. It isn't something he works on. Being a captain is something you grow into. We all look up to him because he is a respectful player and lad."
