Stephen Henderson has joined Premier League newcomers West Ham United from Portsmouth.
The 24-year old goalkeeper has joined the Hammers for an undisclosed fee after initially joining the East London club on emergency loan in March.
Henderson will now serve as back-up to West Ham number one Robert Green but is delighted to have made the move to the top flight club after Pompey were relegated to League One.
"I'm a very happy man today. It's been absolutely brilliant since I joined and it obviously topped it off on Saturday with us getting to the Premier League.
"The lads have been brilliant with me and have made me feel welcome so I'm very happy.""I'm chuffed to bits to get it wrapped up," Henderson told the club's official website.
