Henderson departs Millwall for Nottingham Forest

Darius Henderson has signed with Nottingham Forest from Millwall.

The 31-year old striker has departed Southeast London to join Forest for an undisclosed fee for the remainder of the season.

"We are delighted to have brought a player of Darius' experience to the Club," said Forest chairman Fawaz Al Hasawi.

"He knows all about the Championship and has also played at the highest level in England as well and I've no doubts he will be a great addition to Alex McLeish's squad."

The former Reading, Gillingham and Watford man arrived at Millwall from Sheffield United in 2011 and scored 26 goals from 56 appearances in all competitions for the Lions.
