Heerenveen midfielder Oussama Assaidi is being tracked by Fulham.
NUSport says Fulham boss Martin Jol wants to bring the Morocco international to London before next week's deadline.
Assaidi is coming off an outstanding campaign last season, which has also sparked the interest of PSV Eindhoven.
