Heart of Midlothian midfielder Ryan Stevenson believes managers interested in the Tynecastle vacancy would love just how big the club is.
The Jambos are on the lookout for a new boss after the sacking of John McGlynn last week and Stevenson, who returned to Edinburgh from Ipswich Town last year, is confident the club will attract a decent boss.
"When I left Ipswich at the start of the season, there wasn't any other team I wanted to come back to," he said.
"I'm biased but probably outside of Celtic in the SPL, we are the biggest club.
"For anyone looking to achieve something in the game, it's a great club to come to.
"You are playing at Tynecastle every other week, you've got the chance of being in cup finals and you usually play in Europe.
"This league season is disappointing - nothing short of shocking for the size of club we're at - and we know that.
"But it's still a great club, still a massive club. And there is potential to move on to bigger and better things.
"If you're an up-and-coming manager or even a more experienced guy looking for a job, this would be attractive because of the size of the club."
