Kello, 25, helped Kaunas knock out Rangers in the Champions League second qualifying impressed and Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo was suitably impressed.
"I saw this goalkeeper against Rangers twice and I think he is a talented goalkeeper and I am delighted to have signed him," said Laszlo.
