Hearts boss Laszlo offers hope to crocked Tullberg

Reggina striker Mike Tullberg has suffered a thigh strain in Hearts trials.

He played the last quarter of Friday night's 1-0 defeat by Kaiserslautern and was looking to impress in the last match of the Tyneside club's pre-season tour of Germany, which takes place tonight against Bundesliga 2 side Wiesbaden. "Mike has been very unlucky," Csaba Laszlo, the Hearts manager said.

"After the game against Kaiserslautern he told us he had a muscle problem and we have discovered a small rupture. I don't think he will be able to train for three weeks. He would like to show his ability because he does not want to sit on the bench at Reggina.

"We would like to take him but we must talk about this with the doctors. We are not in a hurry, we are staying positive. I think he can help us if he is fit."
