Hearts again behind with player wages

Reports in Scotland suggest that Heart of Midlothian have failed to pay some of their player wages for the second successive month.

The Edinburgh outfit did not cough up some monthly salaries for September and it appears as though the same has occurred for October with six players not receiving their pay cheques.

Hearts could be punished by the Scottish Premier League if they do not inform their intent to pay the unnamed players but a sanction is not necessarily automatic with the SPL board to consider their options.
