Eden Hazard has added another award to his already burgeoning trophy cabinet for season 2014/15.
The Belgian winger was named the Chelsea Players' Player of the Year at the Premier League champions' end-of-season wards night on Tuesday.
Hazard, 24, also won the PFA, Football Writers' Association and Premier League Player of the Year awards this term, in what a season of individual brilliance.
The former Lille star scored 19 goals and provided 11 assists in all competitions this season, also making the PFA Team of the Year.
