Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen is confident fellow countryman Eden Hazard will make a positive impact in the Premier League.
The exciting Belgian winger is set to depart French club Lille to join Chelsea for around £32million and Vermaelen feels it is a very good move for both the player and English football.
