Southampton hammered Dutch amateur side KVV Quick 10-0 in a pre-season friendly on Tuesday.

Jay Rodriguez and Graziano Pelle both scored hat-tricks as the Saints continued their preparations ahead of the 2015/16 Premier League season.

Italian striker Pelle netted all of his goals in the first half at the Sportpark De Vondersweijde in Oldenzaal while Rodriguez, who returned from a knee injury earlier in the pre-season, and midfielder Steven Davis both scored twice to make it 7-0 at half-time.

Promising defender Jordan Turnbull and summer signing Juanmi got in on the act in the second half before Rodriguez grabbed his third and the side's 10th late to complete the rout.
