Brentford defender Harlee Dean is convinced they're the form team of the Championship promotion playoffs.

The incredible collapse of Derby against Reading at the iPro Stadium saw Brentford move into the top six where they will face Middlesbrough.

The first leg is at Griffin Park on Friday night and defender Dean is convinced the West Londoners now have the fear factor.

"People are worried about playing us. We just have to make sure we do our job," he said.

"It's brilliant and I think we've deserved it after the season we've had. If we hadn't have made it, it would have been a let down and we would've looked at ourselves as a bit of a failure."
