Hamburg chief Frank Arnesen has told fellow Dane Nicklas Bendtner to leave Juventus.

Bendtner is on-loan at Juve from Arsenal.

"He must take a step back and return to a smaller club where he would be able to play with continuity and having fun.

"He told me twice he did not want to come to Hamburg, he wanted to play in a better team.

"I believe he should first worry about getting in shape and managing his ability, with humility and sacrifice," said Arnesen.
