Hamburg have blocked Chelsea defender Jeffrey Bruma's loan switch to PSV Eindhoven.

Bruma was all set to cut short his stay with HSV and move to PSV for the second-half of the season.

But an injury suffered by Michael Mancienne has forced Hamburg to block the deal and insist upon Bruma fulfilling his commitments in Germany.
