Aston Villa goalkeeper Brad Guzan says no-one is taking things easy after victory over West Ham United.
Sunday's victory over West Ham lifted Villa out of the relegation zone and into 17th place, but Guzan acknowledges there is plenty of room for improvement.
"In this league you very seldom get a week off with the amount of games," he told the Birmingham Mail.
"So for us it's a chance to get back on the training pitch, continue to improve and make sure that when we go down to London against Arsenal we're ready to go and hopefully continue our good performances.
"There's nothing specific but we need to continue to get better in all areas on the pitch, whether it's finishing or defending.
"We want to be helping each other push on. The last few months have been tough times, but with tough time you get to the end of that and everyone comes out stronger individually and as a team and continue to move forward."
