Out of favour Newcastle United attacking midfielder Sylvain Marveaux has claimed that he has been 'blacklisted' by the club.
The Frenchman is currently on a season-long loan at Guingamp and is unlikely to return to England's north east as his contract expires this summer.
In a recent French Ligue 1 clash with Paris Saint-Germain, Guingamp was speaking to former Magpies ace Yohan Cabaye when he dropped the bombshell that the Toon had completely excluded him from their plans.
Marveaux told Cabaye: "I miss Newcastle, it was good, but you know I was blacklisted."
The 29-year old signed a five-and-a-half year deal with Newcastle from Rennes on a Bosman transfer in 2011 and has made 57 appearances in all competitions for the St James' Park outfit.
