Incoming Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola is keen to bring the best of Spain's young talent to Germany in the summer.

Rather than spend big on established players, Guardiola has identified three La Liga youngsters he feels are destined for big things and should build their futures at Bayern.

Malaga winger Isco, Athletic Bilbao midfielder Iker Muniain and Real Sociedad defender Inigo Martinez are the three local kids Guardiola hopes to add to his new squad this summer.
