Barcelona B coach Pep Guardiola is eager to avoid comparisons with his young midfielder Marc Crosas.

Local media has regularly spoken about the similarities between former Barca captain Guardiola and the B team's current No4, Crosas.

But Guardiola says: "It isn't right to compare Marc with me. My career is long finished. I had a long career and he is just starting his. It's not good for him to be compared with me."
