Former Bologna patron Albano Guaraldi says he's yet to paid fully for the club's sale.
Americans Joe Tacopina and Joey Saputo bought out Serie BBologna last month.
"We have not received the payment worth 5,874,200, violating the contract for the sale of Bologna FC 1909," said Guaraldi.
"Tacopina made statements on this situation that were untruthful, perhaps thinking only of the media coverage he would get."
Guaraldi said he had no intention of taking back the shares, but would take the matter to court in order to guarantee the financial stability of the club.
