Guadalajara's Torres to make correct Chivas USA decision

Erick 'Cubo' Torres admits he will make a very calculated decision in regards to his future.

The 21-year old striker is back training with parent club Chivas Guadalajara following a successful individual season in MLS with Chivas USA.

Torres scored 15 goals for the Goats in 2014 but his MLS future is up in the air as all parties involved asses their options.

It is believed that the next phase of Torres' burgeoning career will be settled by December 15 but the talented Mexican is at this stage unsure of what will occur with the transfer option that MLS holds.

"I've felt very good there [in Los Angeles], the league and team has treated me very well in general," said Torres.

"I've felt very comfortable on and off the field, it's a source of pride that the league wants to keep me.

"In the end, my word counts and applies.

"The decision I take with my family and people advising me will be the best one for the three parties [MLS, Chivas Guadalajara and himself]."

Torres added: "I have no doubt that I will return (to Guadalajara).

"I don't know if it will be in January or inside four or five years with more experience.

"I know that I'll return to score lots of goals and make the fans here happy."
